Style Inspiration

Style inspiration comes from all flocks of life.  Lately i’ve been admiring Italian socialite Bianca Brandolini d’Adda.  Originally from France, she’s the Italian daughter of Valentino muse Georgina Brandolini.  So it’s safe to say that fashion and style runs deep within her.  Bianca has a definite ease about her, nothing is over thought or over done.  Minimal make up and loose wavy hair is how you’ll usually find her.  Natural, simple and laid back.  Of course the amazing genes don’t hurt in her perfection.   What do you think? xoxo

Holy Neon!

Well, it looks like we’ve made a full circle back to the 80’s.  I can’t say that I’m too thrilled about it though.  Neon is everywhere.  Anything from nail polish to skinnies, it’s all a go.  The latest brand to go day glow is J Brand.  Christopher Kane has teamed up with the denim house to bring us a sorbet pallet to choose from.  I know that some models and fashionistas will look amazing glowing through the streets, but all I can really say is, wear at your own risk…xoxo

Taylor Tomasi can pull off just about anything

Bringing it Down…

It seems like heels have gotten way out of control.  The height on some of them are so high, that even walking to the restroom requires balance and coordination.  Lately I’ve been seeing more designers going the opposite direction and giving us versions of kitten heels.  I’m starting to really like this option.  Not only is it feminine but it allows mama’s like us to be able to run after little ones without falling on our faces.  Although stilettos are a better option for the vertically challenged (me!), I think I might be “purring” a little softer.  xoxo

Here We Go!

Well, today marks the start of the holiday shopping frenzy…Black Friday.  Between the specials, the free shipping and the “additional” 30% off, I’m already exhausted.  But all in all, it’s a fun time of year and you really can get some amazing deals.  I just have to remember not to go over board…one for you, two for me;).  Have fun xoxo

Giving a Finger…

Accessories have always been a passion of mine.  I love multiple strands of necklaces, stacked friendship and gold bracelets and of course a plethora of rings.  Accessories are an easy way to change up, or liven up, a self proclaimed, “nothing in my closet” statement.  Lately, rings have been on my mind, specifically signet rings.  Not only are they cool, but I’m a sucker for anything monogrammed.  Wearing them stacked, single or with other statement rings, it’s a reminder, in this case, more is better. xoxo

Anita Ko is amazing with all of her jewelry

Jennifer Zeuner has a great signet ring in different metals.
