No doubt that summer arrived with a vengeance.  If you’re lucky to live by the beach, the heat makes for great beach days.  But, if you’re in the city…not so much.  Trying to pull off “chicness” doesn’t work so well when the rags are sticking, the make-up is running and hair is a rats nest.  Keeping it simple really is the key in dressing for summer.  Ya, I know, another maxi dress with flip flops…blah blah blah, so try things that you may not usually gravitate towards.  Vibrant prints, mini’s, even pops of feline, all worn together, (not really) makes for an uptick in creativity.  Regardless, keep enjoying summer, when it’s 40 degrees out, we’ll be wishing for a heat wave.   xoxo

A denim shirt dress is a nice alternative to the usual cotton.

Olivia really owns her style and knows how to mix and match.  Love the vintage levi’s with girlie flats and a classic coat.  A coat might be a little much for summer, but makes for a great transition piece.

These Current/Elliott leggings are fun, I’ve worn mine to death.
