When you think of edgy, Valentino doesn’t necessarily come to mind.  But recently with their studded, rock and roll accessories, edgy has suddenly become the fashion house’s stomping ground.  Their studded clutches are amazing.  Not only can they be worn anywhere from the Oscar’s to the Grammy’s, they are functional and proportionately flattering.

What I love about clutches is that it forces you to get by with just the necessities. I know we think we need everything from water to running shoes in our bags, after all the world may be coming to an end at any moment.  But honestly…if using a clutch for day sends you into a panic, at least give the sac a rest for evening.  xoxo

Another great clutch/bag that has a similar vibe is the PS11 bag by Proenza Schouler.  A bit different in that it has a long strap, but hot nonetheless.
